Our service technicians are trained by the manufacturer and perform maintenance according to manufacturers` service manuals at times when it is convenient for the customer. Today, most photocopiers/printers require regular maintenance and maintenance to keep them in optimal working condition. The machines presented on this site are all capable of achieving top-notch performance and reliability if properly maintained. With all large machines (except desktop laser printers), we offer a service package that includes all parts, consumables and labor costs. Thus, we can be sure that machines with consumables and spare parts supplied by the manufacturer are used for optimal performance. Guaranteed response times are either 4 or 8 hours to make sure you have as little downtime as possible. In addition to the full support of the Konica Minolta range of photocopiers/printers, we also repair a wide range of printers distributed by the manufacturers below. Most contracts are billed as “click fees” based on the use of the 1000-copy machine. This is a popular charging mode, because you only pay based on the amount of copy and print. We do not have a minimum monthly fee like most other providers. The maximum authorized use is determined by the manufacturer for each machine.
